But behind this revolutionized group, are the various hands & minds who worked day and night to create a visionary name with an impactful foundation. Mr. Anil Goyal with his expertise founded the STJ Group and is continuing to mark the impact with his ideas & achievements.
The Journey started with the hope to create something extraordinary. STJ Group commences its Journey with a Jewellery business in 2007. After this, we tried our luck and enter into Real estate market with trading and construction of Villas in 2009.
The mark of our success gave us the hope to see beyond the mediocre and unravels our own Brand in 2014- Saraf The Jeweller. We then uncoil its 1st Outlet in Manimajra and now are successfully running 5 flagship Stores in Chandigarh-Tricity.
The appreciation we received, motivated us to achieve more and touch new heights. In 2018 we started Mohali Citi Centre with 1st project on GMADA auctioned land and so far delivered 2 projects of 11 Acres (6.25 Lac Sq. ft.) with flying colours.
STJ Group’s is ready to touch new benchmark, as we are already dealing in 4 ongoing projects of 24 Acres (33.10 Lac Sq. ft.) which will be delivered in the next 2 years’ time. Apart from this, we are soon coming up with a Residential of 25 Acres and an Industrial Project of More than 100 Acres.

Encouraged by the overwhelming response, we expanded our presence by opening three more showrooms in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur.
In 2018, we embarked on a new venture in the real estate sector, starting with our flagship project, Mohali Citi Centre – 1. Located in Block-F, Aerocity, Airport Road, Mohali, this iconic development showcases our dedication to creating architectural marvels that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics. Since then, we have successfully undertaken six more commercial projects and two residential projects, each exemplifying our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Operating primarily in the tricity region of Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in both the retail jewelry and real estate sectors.
